Redmond Herring
Redmond Herring Aka: Jerry Weaver, mystery writer, grew up in Faribault, MN - 1964 graduate.
He attended Dunwoody Institute for printing, graphic arts and photography. After spending 25 years in various technical, sales, and management positions, he established his own executive recruiting firm for 10 years. At the turn of the century, Jerry opened a digital photography business, retiring 6 years later. In 2002, he starting writing his first novel, Escape from Freedom, a couple years later he wrote Living in a Lie, recently published Sakatah Man. His next novel is in works.
Gerald is an accomplished public speaker, technical trainer, and workshop facilitator. Most recently, he conducted a workshop for writers at Rosemount Writers Festival, and at the Bloomington Writers Festival. He has written a number of articles to include; The Future of the World is in Hands of Amateurs, How to Manage a Pack of Wild Dogs, Thwarted Plans for the Summer.
