Mary Dunnewold
I am a lawyer, educator, and writer. I currently work as a sexual misconduct prevention consultant and investigator for higer ed institutions. In addition to writing fiction and creative non-fiction, I have published a book on judicial clerkships and numerous articles on legal writing and legal professionalism. I am currently working on a novel about a teen who strikes out on an epic bike adventure across Minnesota to escape sexual harassment by a teacher. I live in Northfield, Minnesota, where the sign welcoming you to town, sited in the shadow of the deliciously aromatic Malt-O-Meal factory, promises “Cows, Colleges, and Contentment.” I hold a BA from St. Olaf College, an MA in Anthropology from the University of Minnesota, and a JD from the University of Minnesota School of Law.
